Drink20 Code of Conduct

All participants of Drink20 Philly are expected to abide by our Code of Conduct, both online and during in-person events that are hosted and/or associated with Drink20 Philly. Participants refers to players, DMs/GMs, or any other persons acting on behalf of Drink20.

The Pledge

In the interest of fostering an open and welcoming environment, we pledge to make participation in our events and our community a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, disability, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, level of experience, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.

Respect the Venue

Drink20 in-person events are run in partnership with our host venues. Drink20 does not pay and does not receive payment from venues, their hosting of our events is entirely “at-will”. Each venue has their own rules that should be respected by all participants.

While Drink20 will not enforce that you support our venues monetarily, we would highly suggest purchasing items from them during events. Even if you do not drink alcohol, venues have many other options that you can purchase to support them including soft drinks, food, gift cards, or merchandise.

Enforcement

Violations of the Code of Conduct may be reported by sending an email to info@drink20.com or in person by finding a member of the Drink20 Philly group. All reports will be reviewed and investigated and will result in a response that is deemed necessary and appropriate to the circumstances. Further details of specific enforcement policies may be posted separately.

We reserve the right and responsibility to remove comments or other contributions that are not aligned to this Code of Conduct, or to ban temporarily or permanently any members for other behaviors that they deem inappropriate, threatening, offensive, or harmful.

If you don’t understand something, feel free to ask!

Your presence at an event (in-person or virtually) implies accepting these rules, including all further changes. These changes might be done at any time without notice, it is your responsibility to check for them. A copy of this Code of Conduct can be provided at any time during an in-person event.
